More Payment Options!

The physician practices at DR Walk-In Medical Care are always working on their patients behalf to participate with more health plans. Check back regularly to see if your plan has been added. We currently participate as an in-network provider with the following major insurance plans:

While at present, DR Walk-In does not participate as an in-network provider with other plans, we will bill a claim on a patient's behalf subject to our payment policy*.

NY Walkin Medicial Group currently participates with several commercial insurances (listed above) and Medicare.  As a courtesy, NY Walkin Medicial Group is submitting claims on behalf of patients to all New York Tri State commercial insurance companies with whom we do not participate.

• At the time of visit Patient must present a valid State identification card and insurance accepted in the New York Tri State area.
• According to all insurance plans it is the Patient's responsibility for any and all co-payments, deductibles and co-insurances.
• If our physicians do not participate with the Patients insurance plan we will collect payment for services rendered upfront and submit a claim for reimbursement to the insurance company.
• We reserve the right to bill Patient directly for any unpaid balances for services rendered, in the event the insurance company does not pay NY Walkin Medicial Group, PC directly, or does reject the claim. We will retain your Credit Card information in our secure database up to six months for the one time processing of any unpaid balance.
• If the Patient participates with a High Deductible Health plan, we require a copy of either the HSA debit/credit card or personal credit card on file.
• Additional fees may apply if the patient is evaluated for multiple conditions that require further testing or procedures.
• Vaccines will be charged separately following a general check-up.
• NY Walkin Medicial Group, P.C. is not currently participating with Medicaid.
• It is the patient's responsibility to understand their benefit plan, and know if written referral is required for a visit to a walk in medical care.
• We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
