Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Currently, we are participating with several commercial insurance plans listed on our insurance page.  For plans with which we do not participate, we will submit a claim on your behalf.

Will you accept my co-payment?

Yes!  We will accept co-payments for  both participating and non-participating plans. If we do not participate with your plan, we will accept your co-payment and submit a claim to your insurance company.  Please view our payment policy.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes!

Can you share information about my treatment with my primary care doctor?

Yes! If requested, we can forward a copy of your treatment record to your primary care or specialty physician.

Do you provide any radiology services (X-rays, ultrasounds, or MRIs)?

No, we do not. Please consult with a hospital or your primary care provider.

Can I be seen without an appointment?

Yes! You can just walk in and access care.

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: varies by location
Sunday: varies by location

Is treatment available for children?

Yes!  For children age 2 and older.
